Delivery Methods

We offer two types of product deliveries:

• Digital Delivery: Includes assignments, notes, and study material, sent via email or direct download after payment.
• Physical Delivery: Printed content delivered via India Post or trusted courier partners, based on user selection.

Digital Product Delivery

• Delivered instantly or within 1–3 hours to your registered email.
• Ensure your email is accurate and monitored.
• If you do not receive it, contact support@educateindia.in within 24 hours.

Physical Product Shipping

• Dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery may take 5–10 working days within India, depending on location.
• We are not liable for delays caused by logistics, weather, or local disruptions.

Shipping Charges

• Any applicable charges are shown clearly at checkout.
• Digital files generally incur no shipping fees.

Order Tracking

For physical deliveries, tracking details will be emailed or messaged once dispatch is completed (if applicable).

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to wrong addresses. Re-shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship physical items outside India. However, digital content is accessible worldwide after payment.
