This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Educate India manages the dispatch and delivery of both digital (soft copy) and physical (hard copy) educational materials. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Product Types
We offer two types of products with distinct delivery processes:
a. Soft Copy (PDF Format / Digital Files)
Delivered electronically via:
- WhatsApp (to the number provided) or
- Email (to your registered email ID) or
- Dashboard (Downloadable from store page after successful payment)
b. Hard Copy (Handwritten Assignments / Physical Notes)
Dispatched via:
- India Post or
- Reputed courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, etc.)
2. Delivery Timelines
a. Soft Copy Products (Digital PDFs)
- Delivery Time: 0 (immediately) to 72 hours from order confirmation
- Mode: WhatsApp or Email or Digital Store Dashboard (ensure correct details are entered)
- Working Hours: Orders placed are processed almost immediately.
If you haven’t received your soft copy within 24 to 72 hours, please contact us with your Order ID.
b. Hard Copy Products (Handwritten Assignments)
- Dispatch Time: Within 2 to 8 working days
- Delivery Timeline: 3 to 10 business days, depending on your PIN code and postal service performance
- Tracking Info: Shared on WhatsApp/email after dispatch
Note: Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery durations.
3. Shipping Charges
- Soft Copy (PDF): No shipping charges
- Hard Copy: Charges may apply and are displayed during checkout, based on location and service
Any applicable shipping fee is clearly shown before order confirmation.
4. Important Disclaimers
To ensure clarity and protect all parties:
- Educate India is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier agencies, public holidays, strikes, weather disruptions, or unforeseen logistics issues
- We are not liable for incorrect delivery if the address or contact information provided by the buyer is inaccurate or incomplete
- We are not responsible for missed deliveries if the buyer is unavailable or unreachable during attempted delivery
- Digital files are considered delivered once sent, and we do not re-send content to alternate numbers/emails unless an error occurred on our side
5. Undelivered / Returned Parcels
If a hard copy parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Recipient unavailability
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
The customer must pay re-shipping charges for it to be dispatched again. We do not issue refunds for such returned shipments.
6. Data Privacy During Shipping
Your delivery details are shared only with relevant courier or postal services. We do not share or sell your personal information to any third party unrelated to your order.
