Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products
All purchases of digital content such as PDFs, solved assignments, notes, study material, and other downloadable resources are final and non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or mistaken purchases.
- If you receive a corrupted file or face download issues, contact us within 24 hours for assistance or redelivery.
2. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order, you are eligible for a full refund of the excess amount after verification.
3. Wrong or Incomplete Deliveries
If you receive an incorrect product or an incomplete file, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will send the corrected material or initiate a refund if the issue is not resolvable.
4. Physical Products (if applicable)
- Physical products (e.g., printed study materials) once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds are issued only in cases of non-delivery or damage during transit, verified through courier claim process.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment is successful and the file is sent.
- Physical orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order to request cancellation.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.
