Filing a Grievance

Response Time: We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve complaints within 15 working days.
Jurisdiction & Compliance
All grievances are governed under the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir.
